Sticky Dumbness

I got this crazy dustmop yesterday that begs to be made into a puppet, and it will probably look something like this.

I can't explain it, but this cartoon does feature an early version of Storch.

I drew this way too fast, but I love puns(obviously), and this one came so quickly I had to scribble it down bewteen gulps of cereal.

Must love cats. It worked out perfectly.

Sticky Dumbness was so named after I had an instant messaging conversation with my husband that went something like this,dealing with the lasso tool in Flash, which kept snagging itself on everything around it:
ME: I was thinking, "Why is it STICKING TO EVERYTHING??"
HIM: Yeah, don't even use that. Just use the regular lasso...you can hold down ALT and get the same straight lasso-ness without the sticky dumbness.

Nate is actually the reincarnation of a little lizard/dinosaur I drew on my very first assignment at Stone Mountain Lasers in 1997.

I used to doodle these endlessly on papers on high school.

I really can't take full credit for The Esophagus Man. When I was in high school, I was in the class that made the school paper, and one of my classmates and I worked on the cartoon together. His name was Alex Fulford, and he had a great sense of humor and could draw some funny stuff. I don't remember which of us actually came up with The Esophagus Man, but I know I drew him first, and he was a chief villain in our cartoon, Sir Charles and Nogard.
Sir Charles and Nogard chronicled the adventures of the Knight Sir Charles and his dragon companion, Nogard, as they traveled via spaceship to various places around the universe in need of a knight's services.It was a lot of fun. Anyway,The Esophagus Man was a short little guy who ran around spouting slobbery gibberish, but now I can't exactly remember what his evil plotline was. Oh, well. He looked hideous enough.
